Agreement and the service

These Terms govern your use of Mustache Baby. By creating an account, buying credits or generating a video, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Mustache Baby is an AI video tool. You upload a photo, choose a template and we generate a short vertical video. Results are entertainment and are not a factual record of any event.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may upload a child's photo only if you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or you have their explicit permission.

Your account

Sign-in is provided through Google. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information and do not maintain multiple accounts to abuse promotions or credits.

Credits, payments and taxes

Credits are sold in one-time packs. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Credits are added after payment is confirmed and do not expire. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. Payments are processed by Waffo; we do not receive or store your card details. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Your photos and videos

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the videos we generate for you. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transmit and display that content only to provide the service, secure it and comply with the law.

You confirm that you have all rights and consents needed to upload the photo, including consent from any parent or guardian. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload sexual, nude, exploitative or abusive images of anyone, especially minors.
• Do not use the service to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate a real person.
• Do not create content that presents a real person doing something they did not do in a way that could deceive or harm them.
• Do not upload photos of public figures or other people without their consent.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or resell the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, hateful or violent content.
• Follow the additional rules in our AIGC Policy.

AI-generated results

AI output is probabilistic. A video may look imperfect, and different users may receive similar results. We do not guarantee that a result will match your expectations or be error-free.

You are responsible for how you use and share the result, including labelling it as AI-generated where a platform or the law requires it.

Our content and intellectual property

The site, software, templates, brand and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or reuse them except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as Google, Cloudflare, Neon, Seedance, Waffo and Resend. Their own terms may apply when you interact with them. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, poses a risk to others or is required to be removed by law. You can stop using the service at any time.

If we close your account for a violation, unused credits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
