Copyright & Takedown
Last updated October 28, 2026
If content on Mustache Baby infringes your copyright, shows a person without consent, or puts a child at risk, tell us and we will review it.
Who can submit a report
You can report content if you own the copyright in it, you are authorised to act for the owner, you are the person shown in the content, or you are the parent or legal guardian of a child shown in it.
What to include
- Your name, email address and, if you are acting for someone else, your relationship to them.
- Identification of the work or person, and the URL or a clear description of the content you want reviewed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised or unlawful.
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it.
- Your electronic signature (typing your name is enough).
Where to send it
Email your report to us with the subject line "Takedown request". Please include the links rather than attaching the content itself, especially where the content may be illegal.
What happens next
We review reports as quickly as we can. If a report is complete and appears valid, we may remove or restrict the content while we investigate.
We may notify the person who uploaded the content and give them a chance to respond. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or upload unlawful content may be terminated.
If your content was removed by mistake
Reply to our decision email with an explanation and any evidence that you have the rights or consent needed. If we agree, we may restore the content.
Child safety reports
Reports involving a child are prioritised. We may remove the content immediately and report it to the relevant authorities.
Do not email illegal imagery. Describe what you found and where it is, and contact local emergency services if someone is at immediate risk.
Misuse of this process
Knowingly submitting a false or misleading report may result in action against your account. We may also keep records of reports to detect abuse.
