AIGC Usage Policy

What this policy covers

Mustache Baby uses generative AI to create short videos. This policy explains what you may create and how we enforce the rules. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Consent comes first

Only upload a photo of a child if you are their parent or legal guardian, or you have explicit permission from the parent or guardian. Only upload an adult's photo with their consent.

Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures or anyone who has not agreed to appear in an AI-generated video.

Prohibited content

• Any sexual or sexualised imagery involving minors. This is never allowed, and we report it to the relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate or nude imagery.
• Content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech or content intended to humiliate a real person.
• Content that falsely presents a real person saying or doing something they did not do, where it could deceive or harm them.
• Content promoting violence, self-harm, terrorism or illegal activity.
• Impersonation of a real person or brand.

Be clear that it is AI

Videos generated here are synthetic. Do not present them as real footage of a real event. Where a platform requires an AI-generated label, add it.

Do not use a video to mislead people about a child, a family or an event.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review uploads and results, and we may block, remove or report content. Accounts that violate this policy may be suspended or terminated, and unused credits may be forfeited where the law allows.

Severe cases, especially those involving children, are reported to the relevant authorities.

Reporting a violation

If you see content that violates this policy, email us with the URL and a short description. For urgent child-safety reports, contact local emergency services first.
