What happens to your baby's photo after you upload it

When you press upload

The photo is sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. It is not public and is not listed anywhere on the site.

Files are served through signed links that expire, so a URL cannot be guessed or shared indefinitely.

What the video provider sees

To generate the video, we send the photo and the template instructions to our video provider. We do not send your email address or account details.

The provider processes the request to produce your video. It is not used to train a model, and it is not added to a public dataset.

How long we keep things

Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours after the generation attempt finishes. The generated video stays in your account until you delete it or close your account.

Payment records are kept longer because tax and accounting rules require it. Page-view analytics are stored in aggregate without an advertising identifier.

Deleting your content

You can delete a video from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account and the remaining data linked to it, email us from the address on your account.

We will confirm when the deletion is complete, or explain if we are required to keep a specific record.

What we never do

• Sell your photos or videos.
• Use children's photos to train AI models.
• Share your content for cross-site advertising.
• Make uploaded photos public by default.

A note for parents

Only upload a photo of a child if you are their parent or legal guardian, or you have explicit permission. If you believe a photo was uploaded without consent, contact us and we will remove it.
